Certified forest operations can claim the forest products they produce come from a responsibly managed forest. The fees can be accessed on the FSC website.<\/p>\n\n<p>FSC requires all certification bodies declare their sources of funding to ensure transparency. Upon completion of the investigation a full report of the investigation and its findings are then sent to the person or organization that submitted the complaint or appeal.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global ensures that the persons engaged in the complaints or appeal handling processes are different from those who carried out the audits, made the certification decisions and the day to day implementation.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the issue has not been resolved through the full implementation of QCI Global\u2019s procedures the person or organization raising the complaint or appeal can refer their complaint or appeal to FSC\u2019s dispute resolution process.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"mt-5 textBlue\">Proceso de resoluci\u00f3n de queja y apelaci\u00f3n<\/h5>\nQCI Global ha implementado un procedimiento de queja\/apelaci\u00f3n que se describe a continuaci\u00f3n:<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Al recibir una queja o apelaci\u00f3n, la persona que recibe la queja o apelaci\u00f3n registra los detalles relevantes en un registro de quejas.<\/p>\n\n<p>La queja o apelaci\u00f3n se enviar\u00e1 al Gerente a cargo del Programa FSC para su resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Se enviar\u00e1 una respuesta inicial, que incluye un resumen del curso de acci\u00f3n propuesto para dar seguimiento a la queja o apelaci\u00f3n dentro de las dos (2) semanas posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n de la queja o apelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global mantendr\u00e1 informados a la persona o la organizaci\u00f3n sobre el progreso en la evaluaci\u00f3n de la queja o apelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Una investigaci\u00f3n de las alegaciones y todas sus acciones propuestas en respuesta a la queja o apelaci\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 dentro de los tres (3) meses posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n de la queja o apelaci\u00f3n. Una vez completada la investigaci\u00f3n, se env\u00eda un informe completo de la investigaci\u00f3n y sus hallazgos a la persona u organizaci\u00f3n que present\u00f3 la queja o apelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global asegura que las personas involucradas en los procesos de manejo de quejas o apelaciones son diferentes de las personas que llevaron a cabo las auditor\u00edas, tomaron las decisiones de certificaci\u00f3n y la implementaci\u00f3n diaria.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si el problema no se ha resuelto mediante la implementaci\u00f3n completa de los procedimientos de QCI Global, la persona u organizaci\u00f3n que presenta la queja o apelaci\u00f3n puede remitir su queja o apelaci\u00f3n al proceso de resoluci\u00f3n de disputas del FSC.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"mt-5 textBlue\">Processus de r\u00e9solution de plainte et appel<\/h5>\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure de QCI Global concernant les plaintes\/appels est la suivante:<\/p>\n\n<p>Au moment du d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une plainte ou d\u2019un appel, la personne qui re\u00e7oit la plainte ou l\u2019appel note tous les d\u00e9tails pertinents dans un registre des plaintes.<\/p>\n\n<p>La personne responsable du traitement des plaintes\/appels chez QCI Global transmet la plainte ou l\u2019appel au directeur responsable du programme FSC chez QCI Global afin qu\u2019il proc\u00e8de \u00e0 sa r\u00e9solution.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global envoie une r\u00e9ponse pr\u00e9liminaire dans les deux (2) semaines suivant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la plainte ou de l\u2019appel, y compris les grandes lignes du plan d\u2019action propos\u00e9 pour en assurer le suivi.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global tiendra le plaignant au courant de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement de l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la plainte ou de l\u2019appel.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate sur les all\u00e9gations et mettra en \u0153uvre toutes les actions propos\u00e9es dans les trois (3) mois suivant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la plainte ou de l\u2019appel. \u00c0 la fin de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, QCI Global enverra \u00e0 la personne ou organisation un rapport complet sur les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global s\u2019assure que les personnes engag\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9solution de la plainte ou l\u2019appel sont diff\u00e9rentes de celles ayant particip\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019audit ou ayant pris la d\u00e9cision de certification.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si l\u2019enjeu n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu en suivant la proc\u00e9dure de QCI Global la personne ou l\u2019organisation ayant soulev\u00e9 la plainte ou l\u2019appel \u00e0 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer la plainte ou l\u2019appel au processus de r\u00e9solution des diff\u00e9rends de FSC.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"mt-5 textBlue\">Procedura di risoluzione di reclami e ricorsi<\/h5>\n<p>QCI Global ha istituito una procedura di reclamo \/ ricorso che \u00e8 descritta come segue:<\/p>\n\n<p>Al ricevimento di un reclamo o di un ricorso, i dettagli rilevanti vengono registrati su un registro dei reclami dalla persona che riceve il reclamo o ricorso.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il reclamo o il ricorso verr\u00e0 inoltrato al Gestore responsabile del Programma FSC per la risoluzione.\n\n<\/p><p>Entro due (2) settimane dal ricevimento del reclamo o ricorso verr\u00e0 inviata una risposta iniziale, che includa una descrizione della linea d\u2019azione proposta per dare seguito al reclamo o all\u2019appello.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global manterr\u00e0 la persona o l\u2019organizzazione informata dello stato di avanzamento della valutazione del reclamo o del ricorso.<\/p>\n\n<p>Un\u2019indagine sulle accuse e su tutte le azioni proposte in risposta al reclamo o all\u2019appello verr\u00e0 trattata entro tre (3) mesi dalla data di ricezione. Al termine dell\u2019indagine, viene inviato alla persona o all\u2019organizzazione che ha presentato il reclamo o il ricorso un rapporto completo dell\u2019indagine e i relativi risultati.<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI Global garantisce che le persone coinvolte nei processi di gestione dei reclami o dei ricorsi siano diverse da quelle che hanno effettuato gli audit, preso le decisioni di certificazione e l\u2019implementazione quotidiana.<\/p>\n\n<p>Se il problema non \u00e8 stato risolto attraverso la piena attuazione delle procedure di QCI Global, la persona o l\u2019organizzazione che presenta il reclamo o il ricorso pu\u00f2 inoltrare il proprio reclamo o ricorso al processo di risoluzione delle controversie di FSC.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"mt-5 textBlue\">\u6295\u8bc9\u53ca\u7533\u8bc9\u89e3\u51b3\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h5>\n<p>QCI Global \u5df2\u5236\u5b9a\u6295\u8bc9\u53ca\u7533\u8bc9\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n<p>\u63a5\u83b7\u6295\u8bc9\u6216\u7533\u8bc9\u540e\uff0c\u63a5\u6536\u4eba\u5e94\u5c06\u6709\u5173\u8be6\u60c5\u8bb0\u5f55\u5728\u6295\u8bc9\u767b\u8bb0\u518c\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6295\u8bc9\u6216\u7533\u8bc9\u5c06\u88ab\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9FSC\u9879\u76ee\u7ecf\u7406\u8fdb\u884c\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5728\u63a5\u5230\u6295\u8bc9\u6216\u4e0a\u8bc9\u540e\u7684\u4e24\u5468\u5185\uff0c\u987b\u5b8c\u6210\u521d\u6b21\u56de\u590d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5efa\u8bae\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u8ddf\u8fdb\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>QCI
