Medistar needed a remote auditing solution to accommodate the recent national travel bans, in order to complete their Stage 2 certification audit to ISO 9001. Medistar saw the value in certifying to ISO 9001 to reassure customers their commitment to quality.<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

Jeneth Boughen sought after certification to ISO 9001 to drive Medistar\u2019s competitive advantage and build confidence and trust with their stakeholders and customers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

Ms. Boughen is the Owner and General Manager of Medistar, an independent medical distribution business. With a commitment to supplying cutting edge technologies to medical and allied health professionals, veterinarians and first responders across Australia and New Zealand, SAI Global Assurance were able to reassess the audit delivery method and support Medistar with a remote delivery of the Stage 2 certification audit.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

“We were grateful to SAI Global Assurance for the provision to be able to complete a remote Stage 2 audit with the auditor.”<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

Medistar were looking to partner with a Certification Body that could support their unique certification requirements and assist them in being recognized as a trusted supplier.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

“I did not feel that we were disadvantaged in any way through conducting the audit remotely. The auditor sent through a list of items he needed for review and we were able to provide these in time and then on the audit day.”<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t
