Warnings
High doses of magnesium can lead to diarrhea. When taking higher amounts, it is recommended that these are distributed over the course of the day. Magnesium can disrupt the absorption of iron. An interval of 2-3 hours is recommended if an iron preparation is being taken concomitantly. Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
