Suggested Use
Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste Vigorously swish 10 milliliters if rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing) Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
