You can also use Alka-Thyme as a gargle or in a spray form. For Full or Partial Dentures: Brush or soak in solution in one part Alka-Thyme to two parts water to clean. Rinse mouth after removal of dentures to refresh and soothe the gums and mouth. For Tired, Itchy Eyes: Apply n Alka-Thyme soaked tissue or soft cloth on the closed eyes. For Baby: Apply equal parts Alka-Thyme and water to baby's skin to neutralize and soothe. Always dry area thoroughly following use. As a Soothing Pack (Hot or Cool): Alka-Thyme can also be soothing when applied as a pack to the head, neck, and behind the ears. Saturate 3 or 4 thicknesses of cotton cloth or a washcloth with Alka-Thyme, full strength or diluted as appropriate. Apply the pack for 15 minutes. Great supplement

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
