They have a unique toothpaste center, surrounded by a harder outside layer to abrasively clean teeth and mechanically help reduce plaque and tartar buildup. Not to mention, they are packed with wholesome, human grade ingredients that are low calorie and easy to digest. Ingredients: Rice flour, honey, water (for processing), glycerin, canola oil, gelatin, dried cultured whey, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, lecithin, salt, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, flaxseed oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols), cinnamon, natural flavor, L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate, clove, alfalfa, vanilla, glucose oxidase, sodium pyrophosphate.

Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
