Jarrow Formulas B-Right is a carefully balanced B complex formula.
Jarrow Formulas B-Right is low-odor because the choline bitartrate is micro-encapsulated in cellulose beadlets. Jarrow Formulas B-Right is the pleasant-to-take B-Complex.
Methylcobalamin is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacinamide protect brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5 and is a precursor to Coenzyme A (CoA), which is involved in oxidative metabolism.
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
