Suggested Use
Apply liberal 15 minutes before sun exposure. Do not spray directly on face. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours. Children under 6, ask a doctor. Helps prevent sunburn. If used as directed with other sun protection measures, decreases the risk of skin illness and early skin aging caused by the sun. Kneed product in tube for best results.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
