Description
Boiron’s Arnicare Value Pack contains Arnica Gel and Arnica Montana 30C. The Arnica Gel cools and refreshes immediately upon contact, and is absorbed quickest into the skin. The non-greasy, non-sticky, water-based formula leaves no residue. Arnica Gel is free from parabens, fragrances, or dyes. The Arnica Montana 30C is designed to relieve generalized pain, stiffness and swelling. Use the Arnica Gel and Arnica Montana 30C together for combined pain relief.
Directions:
Arnicare Gel: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat with Arnicare Gel 3 times a day or as needed.
Montana 30C: Adult and children 2 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a doctor.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
