Boiron's ThroatCalm is a must-have for teachers, coaches, vocal sports fans, or anyone prone to hoarseness. ThroatCalm temporarily relieves minor sore throats and hoarseness. The quick-dissolve tablets melt under your tongue, meaning no additional pain to swallow. Unlike most sore throat medications, ThroatCalm has no known drug interactions and is non-drowsy. Recommended for adults and children 12 years of age and older. Each ThroatCalm package contains 60 quick-dissolving tablets.
Directions:
At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Then, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
