What Is The Source?
Vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin. Sensoril ashwagandha extract is derived from Withania somnifera root and leaf. Rhodiola rosea extract is derived from the root and standardized to contain 3% total rosavins and min. 1% salidrosides. Magnolia officinalis extract is derived from the bark and standardized to contain 2% honokiol. l-Theanine is synthetic. Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, with meals.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
