This product has Triphala in it? Isn’t that for digestion?
Yes. Ayurveda believes that when digestion is supported, it’s seen and expressed in healthier skin.

The directions to say to take it with meals. What if I don’t have time for a meal? Can I still take it?
Yes. They always prefer you follow their label instructions, but if you have to occasionally take it without a meal, it will still be safe and effective.

Can I take more or less than the dose on the bottle?
They can only recommend the dose on the bottle, which is our clinically-studied effective dose. Taking more or less of an herbal supplement than recommended should be discussed with your health care provider.

Can I take this product if I have a specific disease, illness or condition?

While riding through the forests of Burma, their founder, Mr. M. Manal, saw a villager pacify a restless elephant by feeding it the root of the plant Rauwolfia serpentina.
