Directions & Usage
Saturate a cotton ball or pad with Gabriel Nail polish remover and firmly press to each nail for a few seconds. Wipe until existing polish is completely removed and nail bed is left clean. Remove surface oils from clean nails to prepare nails for base coat, polish and top coat.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
