Vitamin Code RAW Prenatal is a comprehensive, whole-food multi-nutrient formula, specifically formulated to meet the unique needs of women during pre-conception, pregnancy and lactation, providing the nourishment to support both mom and her developing baby. RAW means no high heat, synthetic binders, fillers, artificial flavors, sweeteners, colors or additives commonly used in tablets. Whole food means RAW Food-Created Nutrients™ are blended in a base of 23 fruits and vegetables together with food cofactors.
Directions: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily. May be taken with or without food. Capsules may be opened and contents may be added to water or raw juice. Not intended for children.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
