As a tuberous root vegetable, cassava is gluten-free, grain-free, and nut-free, as well as paleo-friendly. When searching for the perfect cassava flour, they opted for a greater variety of texture in order to retain the root's high-fiber content. The milling of super-fine cassava flour results in the loss of the diverse nutritional profile that makes cassava such an attractive option in the first place.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
