Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 tablet(s) twice a day or as directed by your practitioner. For the best benefit Maitake Products Inc. recommend to take 6 tablets a day (2 tablets x 3 times). You may increase or decrease the dose according to your body weight.
