Formulated with traditional herbs sourced from India and Chile, including the natural stimulant, Senna Leaf and soluble fiber, Psyllium Husk, Super Colon Cleanse may help with occasional constipation, eliminate toxins, improve nutrient absorption, and rehydrate the body.
Directions: Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5g) with 10-12oz of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 1.65g) the adult dosage.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
