Suggested Use
After shampooing, work masque through damp hair from roots to ends. Cover hair with a plastic cap and apply moderate heat for up to 45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. May also be used as a leave-in conditioner, styling aid or hairdressing. Masque is also effective as a pre-shampoo treatment - wet hair completely and distribute evenly throughout hair, leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse and shampoo as usual.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
