Ionic zinc sulfate (ZnSO4) is a form of zinc that is created via the formation of an ionic bond between a molecule of zinc, and the charged ion particle, sulfate. Zinc sulfate combines the properties of these two substances and creates a beautiful crystalline structure.
Suggested Use
Shake well. Due to the concentrated nature of this product, they recommend spreading the serving size of 25 drops throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach. Using the dropper mix 25 drops in water, juice or your favorite smoothie once per day, or spread out, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before each use. Do not refrigerate.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
