Jarrow Formulas IP6 contains 500 mg of purified Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6) from rice bran extracted in Japan. Jarrow Formulas IP6 is a phosphorylated form of inositol commonly found in fiber-rich plant foods. IP6 supports immunity and cardiovascular health by enhancing Natural Killer (NK) cells and chelating reactive iron to protect against corrosive hydroxyl free radicals.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. DO NOT take at the same time of day as minerals or medications.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
