Oh, and these eggs are also just really delicious. Whether you’re into eating healthier or just into eating really good eggs, we got you. Cooking with JUST Egg? No complicated instructions. It’s just like cooking an egg. Ready to scramble? Instructions: Separation is natural, shake well before using. Warm a bit of oil or butter in small, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the JUST Egg and scramble like an egg: Use a stiff spatula to stir occasionally, while still letting the JUST Egg heat evenly and set. Once all the liquid is cooked through, remove from the heat. Serve immediately while hot.

Very rough

Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
