    A child's health is an important issue for any parent, and one of the biggest battles can be ensuring they stay physically fit and maintain a balanced diet.     1. Inspire your child to try new foods

If your child expresses distaste when trying a new food, don't force them to continue eating it, but don't abandon it all together. Reintroduce it again at a later date, perhaps prepared differently, and see if their reaction changes.     Very rough
    Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
    Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
