Suggested Use
Before first application: Refrain from using any other deodorant for 48 hours to refresh skin an enable Lavilin to provide maximum protection. Instructions - For Each Underarm: Wash underarm area and dry thoroughly. With the enclosed spatula, place on your fingertip a small amount of Lavilin Spread gently in the center of the underarm Re-apply Lavilin only when odor reappears. For maximum effectiveness - recommended for use at night, before bedtime. Adaptation Period: In the transition to a "healthy deodorant", you may need 5-7 applications to attain maximal individual effectiveness.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
