Silymarin, an extract of Milk Thistle, is composed of a family of flavonoids, including Silybin, with smaller amounts of Silydianin and Silychristin. Milk Thistle has been shown to support the production of glutathione by the liver. Studies indicate that the constituents in Silymarin may help to support healthy liver function. This vegetarian formula also includes extracts of Artichoke & Dandelion for additional support.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
