Muscle BCAA is formulated with the ultimate BCAA ratio. A 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine is the most-studied ratio of BCAAs for supporting muscle growth. Each scoop of Muscle BCAA contains 2,500 mg leucine, 1,250 mg of isoleucine, and 1,250 mg of valine.
Probiotic Boost
A formula is only as good as it is digestible. That's why they've packed Muscle BCAA with a probiotic boost of 10 mg Bacillus coagulans (supplying 1 billion CFU/g) to support digestion.
Suggested Use

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
