Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soy food that has been consumed for thousands of years for its numerous health promoting properties. More recently, both clinical and non-clinical studies have demonstrated that Nattokinase can promote heart and circulatory health by helping to maintain normal blood fluidity. Each serving of Protocol For Life Balance Non-GMO Nattokinase has 2000 FU (Fibrinolytic Units) for the maintenance of proper blood flow.

Nattokinase may interact with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medications, including NSAIDs, warfarin, heparins, and clopidogrel. Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
