Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: for daily sensitivity prevention and lasting relief, apply a strip of product to cover head of soft bristled toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for one minute twice daily especially at the gum lines where most tooth sensitivity occurs, or as recommended by a dental professional. * Lasting sensitivity relief based on continuous use. For rapid relief, apply the product directly to the sensitive tooth with fingertip and gently massage for 1 minute. Use as needed, up to twice per day or as recommended by a dental professional. Children and adolescents 21 years and younger: Consult a dentist or physician.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
