Suggested Use
Swish thoroughly for one minute and spit out. Not intended to be swallowed. Refresh your mouth at any time of day. Adults and children 6 years of age and older:
- Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out.
- Do not swallow the rinse Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
- Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits ( to minimize swallowing)
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
