Description
8 single-serve packets of quick cooking whole grain oats, with small pieces of organic dried apple, and hints of cinnamon. These packs of organic oats are portion controlled so you can have a quick and easy breakfast (or day-time snack!). Simply add hot water and stir. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and you’re ready to enjoy.
Preparation Instructions
Kettle Directions: To prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2–2/3 cup (125 –150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir. Microwave Directions: Do not cook in, or cover with, plastic. Empty packet into a glass or ceramic bowl. Add about 1/2–2/3 cup (125 –150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on HIGH for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
