Perfect Postnatal Multivitamin supports the early motherhood and breastfeeding stages of your life. To aid in red blood cell production, we use whole-food fermented Iron and Folate. For help maintaining your energy levels in the early stages of motherhood, there's whole-food fermented B Vitamins – recent studies have shown these vitamins to also help offset occasional stress and fatigue. Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
