| Bentonite. For external use only. Product of the USA. Mix 1 tbsp of NOW® Solutions Bentonite Clay with equal amounts of water or raw apple cider vinegar to create a thick paste. Apply to the face and neck area, avoiding sensitive areas. Allow 10-20 minutes to dry, then rinse with warm water, pat area dry and apply a NOW® Solutions moisturizer of choice. Use 1-2 times weekly or as needed. For larger areas on the body you may need to double the amount used, depending on the surface area that needs to be covered. Follow the same application guidelines. For external use only. |

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
