Preparation Instructions:
**Note for 1 cup of quinoa you will need 2 cups of water or stock. Add chopped vegetables and herbs at the end of preparation.
- Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer until water runs clear.
- Transfer rinsed quinoa with water or stock into a stockpot.
- Bring to boil, cover, and reduce heat for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork, stir in herbs and vegetables, serve and enjoy!

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
