Suggested Use
For oily skin, mix 1 tablespoon of NOW Solutions European Clay with 1 tablespoon of cold water. For dry skin, add a few drops of NOW Solutions Jojoba Oil and/or NOW Lavender Essential Oil to the mix prior to applying. Thoroughly cover the face and neck, avoiding sensitive areas and the eyes, allow to set for 15-20 minutes, rinse off and apply moisturizer. Always do a test patch when using essential oils.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
