What began in 1946 on Brandon’s family farm in Kansas has now become a network of small farmers across the country, all dedicated to growing the highest-quality organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables. From their havest... to you. Learn how they capture the power of leafy greens:

• After growing through a cold winter, their grasses are harvested at the peark of nutrition just prior to the jointing stage.
• The grass is direct cut and moved quickly to a specially designed low temperature dehydrator. Cell temperatures of the young leaves remain low to ensure the raw food properties of heat sensitive nutrients are preserved.
• The dehydrated leaves are pressed into pellets. This is the ideal way to store their cereal grasses. The pellets decreased surface area mitigates loss of nutrients. The pellets are filled into pharmaceutical grade "super sacks" and packed with nitrogen to prevent oxidation.
• Their pellets are stored frozen below 0 F and only bottled as they need them. Frozen storage is mother nature's pause button and ensures heat sensitive nutrients remain at their peak.
• They use the highest quality pharmaceutical grade "super sacks" which are packed with nitrogen to remove oxygen. Rigorous quality control methods and independent lab verifications ensures the safest and most nutritious wheat grass, barley grass, and alfalfa available anywhere.

Back then, Todd loved his coffee, Brandon consumed greens. Brandon had a plentiful supply of wheat grass, barley grass and alfalfa, right from his family farm in Kansas. He convinced Todd to switch his morning coffee for a green drink of his own invention, and Todd’s energy level and better digestion made him a believer. Their green drinks became so popular with their co-workers, friends and family that they decided to ditch their day jobs and start Amazing Grass. Today, they’ve gone far beyond drinks, but their mission remains the same. They’re helping people lead healthier, more active lives through organic, plant-based nutrition.
