Suggested Use
When baking, you can substitute up to one-quarter of regular flour called for ina recipe. If the recipe calls for no-glutinous flour, then sesame flour may replace the whole amount needed. As with most recipe substitutions, the encourage you experiment with the quantities in order to get the best results.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
