PectaSol MCP's ability to support the removal of toxic metals was published in a human clinical study. In this study, oral administration of PectaSol MCP to healthy humans resulted in significant urinary increases in lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, without the depletion of essential vitamins or minerals. A separate clinical trial to investigate the ability of PectaSol MCP to decrease mercury burden, showed a significant reduction in mercury levels after five to ten months of oral administration.
