Seeking Health ProBiota Bifido is a specialized blend that includes four extensively researched Bifidobacterium strains that reside primarily in the mucosal lining near the terminus of the small intestine, as well as in the colon and the genitourinary tract. These strains may assist in creating a balanced intestinal environment by crowding out unwanted or harmful bacteria and producing acetic and lactic acids that may help inhibit the growth of unfriendly flora.
