Suggested Use
This product was formulated for ages 4+. Shake gently before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Please avoid direct dropper contact to mouth in order to prevent product contamination. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional:

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
