Description
Tacos on the table in just 7-10 minutes, and only 10 ingredients! This shelf-stable pack includes 100% plant-based protein made from peas, beans, and veggies. Replacing 1 pound of ground beef, one pack has over 60 grams of protein, contains NO SOY, and serves about 4 people. Our pea protein is sustainably USA-grown. Chef Ko’s special recipe ensures your tacos are perfectly pre-seasoned and full of flavor, but not overly spicy. An all in one meal solution, the whole family can enjoy.
Directions:
- Add 2 cups of water and 1-2 TBSP of olive oil, or your preferred oil to a pan or pot and turn heat to high.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add taco pack contents to boiling water and stir.
- Reduce heat to Medium-Low.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes or until water evaporates, stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve in your favorite tortilla shell for tacos or burritos, or great in nachos, chili, taco salad, Sloppy Joes & more.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
