Seriously, though, let's take a second to salute Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya, inventor of the eponymous Tex-Mex staple. Nacho, you rock! At Siete, they're kinda like an Olympic gymnast who is going for gold, they like their routines to have a high degree of difficulty, so they made their delicious cheesy Nacho flavoring without using any dairy. For the seasoning blend, they spent hours in the kitchen getting the ratios just right and the final product is the perfect mixture of tangy, spicy, and cheesy. Smoked serrano and roasted garlic underlie the sophisticated savory flavor that provides the chips with an addictive depth.

Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
