Although there are extracts that can be made of the leaves and purified for steviosides and rebaudiosides at various percentages, Organic Traditions Stevia powder is the whole food green leaf powder offering these naturally occurring steviol glycosides as well as other beneficial compounds as nature intended.

Suggested Use
Organic traditions Stevia leaf Powder has a delicious and refreshing tasted. Add it to smoothies, yogurt, teas or desserts. Stevia has a very sweet taste and so cannot be directly compared to conventional sugar or honey. Start with a 1/4 teaspoon and increase the amount as required. Stevia is heat stable and can be used for baking.
