Description
Kal Sure Stevia is a pleasant tasting blend of both ingredients. Stevia extract is from the leaves of a small shrub of the chrysanthemum family called stevia. It grows wild in Paraguay and Brazil and is cultivated in Japan and China. The stevia extract contains steviosides. The glycosides in the leaves of the plant generally account for 10% stevioside, a substance that makes it unique among over 300 species of stevia plants. The extract is calorie-free and should not affect blood glucose levels in most individuals. Unlike the whole herb, the extract does not have a pronounced aftertaste.
Luo Han comes from the plant Siraitia grosvenorii. It contains an active that is intensely sweet called mogroside. Luo Han is 300 times sweeter than common table sugar or sucrose. It is low calorie and low glycemic, and should not affect blood sugar levels in most individuals.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
