Is this the same as Curcuminoids? Is this the same as Curcumin?
Turmeric is the plant name. Curcuminoids are inside the plant. One of the curcuminoids is called curcumin. So in other words, curcumin is a curcuminoid that’s in Turmeric.

How come there’s no black pepper in your Turmeric? I thought Turmeric needed black pepper to absorb.
Turmeric has been working for thousands of years with nothing added. Absorption studies and bioavailability studies are interesting to look at, but the only thing that tells you if a product works is to clinically study it on the final outcome. They’re very confident their Turmeric 95 with Curcumin works effectively without additional ingredients.

Can I take more or less than the dose on the bottle?
They can only recommend the dose on the bottle, which is their clinically-studied effective dose. Taking more or less of an herbal supplement than recommended should be discussed with your health care provider.

Can I take this product along with my prescription medication or my other supplements? Can I combine them? Will there be side effects?
