Umcka Fast Actives berry flavor comes as powder packets that rapidly melts in your mouth. It helps loosen mucus to make coughs more productive. Nature's Way Umcka Fast Actives Cold and Flu Relief shortens duration and reduces severity of symptoms associated with the common cold and throat/sinus/bronchial infections, and temporarily relieves flu symptoms:
- chills/fever
- hoarseness
- congestion/stuffy nose
- minor aches/pains
- cough
- sneezing /runny nose
- headache
- sore throat
Suggested Use
ear packet open, pour contents into mouth and swallow. For best results, use at first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms cease. Adults & Children 12 years of age and older: take contents of 1 packet 4-5 times daily. Children 6-11 years of age: take contents of packet 2-4 times daily. Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.

Stop use and ask a doctor if: new symptoms occur, symptoms worsen or do not get better within 7 days - fever worsens or lasts more than 3 days - cough lasts more than 7 days or occurs with rash or persistent headache. These could be sign of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a healthcare professional before use.
Store at room temperature in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
