The GF/CF diet
Gluten is the protein that is found in wheat, barley and rye, while casein is the principal protein found in milk and other dairy products. Gluten is common in items made in mainstream bakeries, but the substance also sneaks into foods you wouldn't suspect, such as soy sauce or licorice. Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
