Do Mrs. Meyer's wicks contain any metal?
No. Their wicks are composed of paper and cotton only.
Suggested Use
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. For best results, burn candle 2-3 hours at one time. Burn on heat resistant surface. Non-metal, lead-free wick. Container may become hot to touch.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
