Feminine Balance Therapy is formulated WITHOUT phytoestrogens. If you are estrogen deficient, you may benefit from the added phytoestrogens in Balance Plus Therapy.
Suggested Use
Apply 1/8 teaspoon (10 mg) to 1/4 teaspoon (20 mg) to thin skinned areas such as inner forearms, breastbone, neck, face, ankles. Use morning and night. Wash hands after application and avoid direct sun exposure to the area until fully absorbed. Menstruating Women: Begin on the 12th of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow.) Continue through day 26, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5-day break. Repeat monthly.

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
