Description

Arthur Andrew Medical - Neprinol Advanced Fibrin Defense 500 mg. - 300 Capsules

Aurthur Andrew Medical Neprinol Advanced Fibrin Defense's vegetarian enzyme blend is tested over six times stronger in fibrinolytic activity than the leading animal based enzyme formulation. The enzymes in Arthur Andrew Medical Neprinol Advanced Fibrin Defense have been clinically shown to support normal C-Reactive protein levels. In addition, Arthur Andrew Medical Neprinol Advanced Fibrin Defense supports normal inflammatory levels by essentially purifying the blood of decayed cells, fibrin, fatty proteins and other unwanted materials that normally accumulate in the blood.

Efficacy is of the utmost importance to doctor and patient alike, and Neprinol addressed this concern with a proven potency that can be utilized by healthcare professionals. Supplementing just a few capsules per day can provide better overall relief than 30 capsules of the leading animal-based formulation. Neprinol can be recommended for both clinical use and therapeutic applications.

Arthur Andrew Medical Neprinol Advanced Fibrin Defense Supports:

    • Normal Inflammatory Response
    • Normal Immune Function
    • Enhanced Blood Cleansing
    • Normal Blood Viscosity
    • Optimal Circulatory Health
    • Healthy CrP & Fibrin Levels

    Neprinol - Advanced Fibrin Defense
Fibrin is a protein formed in the human body responsible for scar tissue and thrombus formation. Neprinol contains a blend of fibrinolytic (fibrin degrading) enzymes that specifically address fibrin levels in the body. When healthy, our bodies will normally secrete sufficient levels of plasmin, our own natural blood thinner, which is responsible for maintaining normal blood solvency by removing unnecessary accumulated protein. The normal process of removing excessive fibrin can be enhanced by introducing fibrinolytic enzymes like those found in Neprinol. Serrapeptase, an exceptional fibrinolytic enzyme, has been clinically shown to have the ability to break down large amounts of fibrotic scar tissue.  This dissolved tissue over time may accumulate in the blood, increasing viscosity and free radicals. This makes it necessary to include the enzyme Nattokinase, which has been shown to be similar to our body's own natural plasmin, assisting to normalize blood viscosity by dissolving these lysed tissue cells. Neprinol is an excellent choice for anyone suffering from the damaging effects of excessive fibrin.

    What is Neprinol?
Neprinol is a proprietary combination of Nattokinase, Serratiopeptidase, Rutin, Amla and other proteolytic enzymes that are specially formulated to assist your body's defense of the damaging effects of fibrin. Neprinol has been used to strengthen the immune and circulatory systems, maintain a healthy inflammatory response and to support the body's natural recovery process.

    What are Enzymes?
Enzymes are proteins (or protein-based molecules) that act as catalysts in biochemical reactions. Every enzyme has a specific reactant known as a substrate, which can be thought of like a lock and a key.  Only a specific enzyme (or key) will react (or unlock) its substrate. This is the reason why enzymes are unable to break down necessary and vital tissue, they only react with certain harmful proteins in the body.

    What are "Systemic Enzymes"?
When enzymes are introduced into the bloodstream, they work “systemically”, or throughout the entire body. Taking enzymes on an empty stomach allows them to work systemically since they will bypass the upper digestive process and enter the bloodstream through the intestine.  Systemic enzymes are similar to digestive enzymes, though certain enzymes are more fit for systemic activity than digestion due to the materials they react with, such as Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. These two particular enzymes are very efficient with the breakdown of a particular substance known as Fibrin.

    What is Fibrin?
Fibrin is a particular substance naturally formed in the human body that plays a significant role in our health and general well-being. Fibrin is responsible for scar tissue formation, and is produced as a reaction to injury. Our bodies naturally maintain healthy fibrin levels with enzymes (principally plasmin) whose role is to attack and break down any excessive fibrin. As fibrin builds up in the body, it can cause many unhealthy conditions.

    Why Neprinol?
As we age, our natural enzyme production decreases while the need for these enzymes is of increasing importance. Supplementing these valuable enzymes can combat enzyme deficiencies that can lead to a wide variety of health concerns. Healthy levels of these enzymes can assist the body in maintaining a healthy immune system, healthy joints, proper circulation and an overall balanced reaction to injury.

    How Does Neprinol Work?
By supplementing and replenishing the body's diminishing enzymes, Neprinol provides one of our most essential and basic biochemical needs.  It supplements the body's natural fibrinolytic enzyme levels thereby helping to maintain healthy fibrin levels: an underlying causative agent for many unhealthy conditions in the body.

    Is Neprinol Enteric Coated?
Certain websites and manufacturers have recently been marketing that enzymes require a pH resistant coating (known as an enteric coating) to be effective systemically. Many enzymes have been used for decades for their systemic properties, yet the enteric coating gimmick has only been around for a few years. A common misconception with enzymes is that they “die” if they enter an environment which is not within their optimal range of pH and temperature. However, there is no clinical data to support this claim. While it is true that certain enzymes lose their activity over time when introduced to very low pH levels, this is not true with enzymes derived from plant, fungal and microbial sources such as those in Neprinol.

Microbial and plant derived enzymes like those in Neprinol are somewhat acid-resistant, and can maintain activity at pH levels as low as 2.0 and as high as 10.0.  In nature, microorganisms use their enzymes to break down and digest the plant material that they grow upon. Since the site of fungal growth in nature can vary, fungi have evolved enzyme systems that allow the plant to grow under a variety of conditions, including differences in pH and temperature. If the enzymes needed protection to survive these conditions, wouldn't Mother Nature simply have provided them the ability to do so?

Neprinol is to be taken on an empty stomach, which allows the capsule to enter and leave the stomach in a matter of 30 minutes or less. The cellulose capsules used with Neprinol on average take 30 minutes to dissolve in low pH. In addition, the capsules themselves would not cause the stomach to start producing acid, since this only occurs when there is a stretching of the stomach lining; therefore lab tests geared towards demonstrating the necessity of enteric coatings by exposing enzymes to 2+ hours to extremely acidic pH levels simply does not accurately recreate an actual situation in nature.

    Is Neprinol Safe?
No serious or adverse side effects have been reported from taking systemic enzymes such as Neprinol. Clinical studies have shown that even extremely large doses of these enzymes are not toxic. If you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult with your physician before taking Neprinol.

    About Arthur Andrew Medical

    Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
