- Oleic Acid 800 mg

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take one tablespoon 1-2 times daily with meals. This Organic Virgin Coconut Oil can also be used in salad dressings, sauces, or any type of cooking as a source of essential fatty acids. Storage Guidance: Store in a cool, dry and dark environment in tightly sealed original container. After opening, product can be refrigerated or stored at cool room temperature. Virgin coconut oil naturally has a highly variable composition. At temperatures below 78° the product will begin to solidify and clumps may appear. Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
