Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I cleanse for?
Most people use Sculpt n' Cleanse for 1-3 months. If someone has cleansed before and has eaten pretty healthy, then they probably only need to take the product for about 1 or 2 months.  If someone has never cleansed or eats a lot of junk food, then take the product for closer to 3 months.

Do I have to follow a special diet?
No, but your results will be better if you eat healthy foods.

Can I take Sculpt n' Cleanse with other supplements?
No, it's best to take it about 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after taking other supplements.

Will it cause loose stools?
It can initially as your body is adjusting to your ideal dose and eliminating any excess waste matter.  If you continue to have loose stools after a few days, then cut back on your dose.

How does cleansing help you lose weight?
First, by helping to eliminate any sluggish or excess waste matter in your system. Will I have cramping?
Not with proper use.  If you do have cramping, then usually:  you need to drink more water (8-12 glasses a day when cleansing, and not in the form of coffee, tea, or other beverages), or the cause is just the initial movement of sluggish and excess waste matter and will subside after your first eliminations (in this case, it is typically a good sign that you are experiencing a removal of excess waste).

Will I have diarrhea or different looking stools?
When you are eliminating sluggish or built up matter, your eliminations may be darker, blackish, or maybe be very loose and watery with a lot of "gold" color liquid (a good sign as these are excess waste matter and the associated toxins being eliminated). Towards the end of your cleanse, your elimination will return to a more normal color.  Also you will notice that you need fewer capsules to maintain your eliminations.  You should not experience diarrhea.  If you do or have prolonged watery eliminations, then you should reduce the amount you are taking.
